BobbyBrowser brings a connected ecosystem between admin, teachers, students, and parents. Our browser layer executes the policies schools set and customizes those rulesets per assignment based on the context the teacher provides. That's how students learn to use AI responsibly
Administrators load their AI policy into the system and get visibility into their entire district or school.
Teachers set exactly which websites and which AI capabilities are open for a given assignment, and give Bobby context on their curriculum and rubric. It runs on student-owned devices alongside Google Docs, Word, and the LMS the school already uses.
While students are working, Bobby reads the student's browser context and pushes with questions rather than supplying answers.
Insights like site visits, AI prompts, and how a student actually reached their answer flow to the teachers and administrators. This enables process based measures, rather than detecting student performance based on just final output.
Traction
2,815 students across six schools (two in NJ) are using BobbyBrowser this fall.
Signed revenue is growing 135% month over month.
Partnered with LSU on a grant-funded efficacy study led by LSU PhDs across four additional schools, measuring student outcomes, metacognition, and teacher sentiment.
In initial pilots, teachers reported feeling 95% more in control of their students' work, and 74% of students said they valued being pushed to think.
Why Now
AI policies are beginning to be mandated across the country, with no tool to measure or execute it.
Fewer than 20 high-quality causal studies of AI in K-12 exist. Schools are being told to adopt AI with almost no evidence base.
Browser-level context is only now good enough to guide a student mid-task instead of grading them after the fact.
